These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Triple Moon Goddess platform and applications ("TMG," "the Platform"), operated by Lisa Hagan ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using any TMG application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all tiers: Individual Seeker (free), Integrative Practitioner ($100/month or $1,000/year), Soul Pattern ($150/month or $1,500/year), and Constitutional Health ($150/month or $1,500/year). Tier-specific terms are noted where they differ.
Triple Moon Goddess is an integrative medical astrology platform that generates constitutional health profiles, personal growth pattern assessments, and educational herbal and dietary information derived from natal chart data. TMG combines Western astrology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and psychological astrology frameworks.
No output from TMG constitutes a medical diagnosis, a mental health diagnosis, or a clinical recommendation. TMG outputs are one input a practitioner may choose to consider. They do not govern, direct, or form the basis of any clinical decision.
If you are a licensed professional using TMG, your clinical practice — your diagnoses, your treatment decisions, your professional obligations to your clients — exists entirely independently of this platform. TMG does not become part of your practice. You use it as a tool within your practice. Your practice is yours.

Birth data (date, time, and location of birth) is collected only at the Individual Seeker (free) tier, and is entered by the seeker themselves into their own account. Birth data is used solely to calculate the seeker's natal chart and derive the platform outputs associated with their account.
Users aged 13–17 may access a limited, age-appropriate chart experience in the main natal chart app with parental or guardian consent. For minor users, no account is created, no email is collected, and no birth data is stored by TMG on any server. The natal chart is computed and stored locally on the user's device only. Secondary apps — Health Journal, Tea Moon, Health Blueprint, and all practitioner apps — are not available to users under 18. See our Privacy Policy Section X for full details on how minor data is handled.
Practitioner accounts on the Integrative Practitioner, Soul Pattern, and Constitutional Health tiers do not collect or display client birth data. When a practitioner views a client's record, the practitioner sees the chart-derived outputs — sign placements, house positions, constitutional profile, pattern scores — but not the underlying birth date, time, or location. The only client identifier visible to the practitioner is the client's email address, which the practitioner has entered themselves and which is encrypted at rest in the practitioner's account.
Sign and house information cannot be reverse-engineered into the identifying birth data the chart was built from. The chart describes the person; it does not identify them.
By using the Platform, you agree that your session data contributes to the TMG longitudinal research corpus. This is a core function of the Platform. The TMG research corpus is astrological research — it studies the relationship between natal chart patterns and self-reported lived experience, across both personal growth patterns (Soul Module) and constitutional health patterns (Health Module). It is not clinical research and does not produce clinical findings.
Research records are pseudonymized: birth data is stored under a code and is never linked to a name or email address in research records. Data is analyzed at the pattern level only. Either outcome of the research — correlation or its absence — contributes to the methodology.
Minor users (13–17) do not contribute to the research corpus. No data is written to Firestore for minor users.
Practitioners on paid tiers contribute an additional layer of research data: the practitioner's own astrological observations, pattern scores, and longitudinal follow-up feedback entered through the platform. This practitioner-level data is the highest-confidence layer of the TMG research corpus — it pairs astrological prediction with professional observation over time.
By activating a paid practitioner account, you consent to this research participation. Your contributions are pseudonymized and stored at the pattern level only. You do not own or hold rights to the research corpus or any aggregated outputs derived from it. Your individual account data remains yours; the pseudonymized research record does not.
Birth data (date, time, and location) is inherently identifying and cannot be truly anonymized. Pseudonymization is the applicable standard: identity (name, email) is replaced with a code, stored separately from research records, and the link is protected. Birth data appears in the research corpus under that code — not under a name — and is analyzed at the pattern level only.
All TMG outputs are probabilistic assessments of constitutional patterns and personal growth likelihoods. They are not diagnoses, clinical assessments, or treatment recommendations. The platform is non-diagnostic as a methodological principle — not merely a research-validation gap.
The herbal and dietary content surfaced in the Constitutional Health and Integrative Practitioner outputs is educational. It explains what the chart indicates and why, drawing on the traditions of medical astrology, Ayurveda, and constitutional medicine. It is not medical advice, prescription, or treatment, and must not be presented as such. Constitutional health outputs are astrological in nature and do not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
TMG offers four tiers across three practitioner applications and one free individual application. The three practitioner tiers are tools for the practitioner's own professional use — their own chart work, methodology access, and research participation. They are not client management systems. Practitioners do not enter client birth data, client responses, or any other client information into their own practitioner account. Clients who want to use TMG should create their own free Individual Seeker accounts.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate for your tier.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal. Cancellation is immediate and permanent. On cancellation, your practitioner account, custom question library, practitioner notes, client records, and Soul module library are deleted immediately. Soul module session data is retained in the pseudonymized research corpus, unlinked from your account. There is no grace period and no recovery after cancellation.
If a payment fails, your account is suspended — not deleted. Access is revoked immediately on payment failure. All data is preserved during suspension: your account, notes, client records, and question library remain intact. You will receive an email to update your payment method. Recovery is automatic — the next successful payment restores your access and sets your account back to active. No action is required beyond resolving the payment method.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or early cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at Lisa@TripleMoonGoddess.com within 30 days of the charge.
If you use TMG in a professional capacity — as an astrologer, integrative practitioner, therapist, psychologist, medical practitioner, or other licensed or unlicensed professional — you agree that:
The question sets in the Soul module are a controlled methodology instrument. Practitioners on the Integrative Practitioner tier may manage their own question library within their account. Changes apply only to their own library and do not affect the TMG default methodology or other practitioners.
By using TMG, you agree to the following. These rules apply to all users — individual seekers, astrologers, integrative practitioners, therapists, and medical practitioners.
Accounts are for one person. Practitioners may not share login credentials across a practice, team, or organization. If you need access for multiple practitioners, each practitioner needs their own account.
The Integrative Practitioner, Soul Pattern, and Constitutional Health tiers are licensed for the practitioner's own chart work, methodology access, and research participation. They are not client management systems. Practitioners must not enter client birth data, client responses, or any other client information into their own practitioner account. Clients who want to use TMG should create their own free Individual Seeker accounts.
TMG outputs are astrological observations, not clinical findings. Practitioners are responsible for working within the scope of their own license, training, and jurisdiction. The educational herbal and dietary content is not medical advice, prescription, or treatment, and must not be presented as such.
Charts, profiles, and pattern assessments describe likelihoods and constitutional tendencies. They are not predictions of certainty and must not be presented to clients as such. This is by design.
The Soul Journal and Health Journal features are for the user's own astrological self-reflection. Practitioners must not use journal entries to record clinical notes, session notes, diagnoses, treatment plans, or any other content that would constitute a clinical record under their license or jurisdiction. This applies equally to mental health practitioners using the Soul Journal and to medical practitioners using the Health Journal. Clinical documentation belongs in the practitioner's own clinical record-keeping system, not in TMG.
All TMG sessions (adult users) contribute pseudonymized data to the TMG research corpus. The TMG research corpus is astrological research. It is not clinical research and does not produce clinical findings. You may not opt individual sessions out, and you do not own or hold rights to the research corpus or any aggregated outputs derived from it. Your individual chart data and responses remain yours; the pseudonymized research record does not. Minor users (13–17) do not contribute to the research corpus.
The TMG question library, scoring logic, pattern groupings, and planet-to-pattern mappings are proprietary to Triple Moon Goddess. You may use them inside the platform for your own work. You may not extract, copy, republish, resell, or build derivative tools from them.
Do not scrape the platform, extract the question library, attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring engine, or use automated tools to pull data from your account or any other.
TMG includes a limited free trial of the AI dialog feature (5 sessions). After the trial, continued AI access requires you to provide your own Anthropic API key. When you use the AI feature — trial or BYO key — you also agree to Anthropic's usage policies (anthropic.com/legal/aup). Violations of those policies, including using the AI to generate harmful, deceptive, or prohibited content, are also violations of these Terms.
AI responses, summaries, and suggestions are automated and educational. They are not the personal professional advice or recommendations of Lisa Hagan or any practitioner, and must not be relied upon as medical, dietary, herbal, psychological, or other professional advice. Any advice comes from Lisa or your own licensed practitioner — never from the software's AI on its own.
Do not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or certification from TMG beyond what your tier actually grants. Do not present yourself as a TMG-trained practitioner unless you have completed TMG's onboarding training.
If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. For paid tiers, we will refund any unused prepaid time on a pro-rata basis unless the violation involves fraud, scraping, or harm to other users.
TMG is designed so that this question does not arise in normal use:
If you are a licensed healthcare provider, mental health professional, or other HIPAA-covered entity, you are responsible for determining whether your use of TMG is consistent with your own HIPAA obligations. Birth data, constitutional profiles, pattern assessments, and the educational herbal and dietary content generated through TMG are astrological and educational in nature — not clinical records or medical advice. The TMG research corpus is astrological research, not clinical research.
If your practice requires HIPAA-compliant tools for client work, TMG is not the right platform for that purpose. You may still use TMG for your own professional development, astrological research participation, and non-clinical work.
The TMG methodology, platform, question sets, scoring architecture, and all associated content are the copyrighted intellectual property of Lisa Hagan / Triple Moon Goddess.
You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from TMG methodology, outputs, or platform content without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TMG and Lisa Hagan are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including decisions made based on platform outputs.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. For users on the free tier, our liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Contra Costa County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
