Charts, journals, intake answers, and practitioner notes each live in their own table, joined only by access code. No clinical table contains a name or email.
Practitioner notes, psychological readings, and the client email you enter are encrypted in your browser with a passphrase only you know. TMG cannot decrypt this data — the key never leaves your device.
Your encryption passphrase is never stored or transmitted. If you lose it, the encrypted data cannot be recovered — not by you, not by Lisa, not by anyone. Recovery mechanisms are attack surfaces. We don't have one.
If a client provides an email, it lives in a single identity table apart from every clinical table — encrypted at rest with your passphrase. Remove that one record and the clinical data becomes fully anonymous.

The AI dialog is optional in all three apps. You bring your own Anthropic API key — Anthropic bills you directly (~$5/mo). TMG never holds your AI billing. The onboarding hour walks you through setup.
Yes. Both plans can be switched at any time from your account portal. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
No names, no phone numbers, no addresses. The only identifying information TMG holds is an email address — and only if your client chooses to provide one. Email lives in its own identity table, completely separate from every clinical table.
When you log in, you enter a passphrase that derives a 256-bit encryption key in your browser. That key encrypts your practitioner notes, psychological readings, and the client email you enter — before they're ever written to the database. The key never leaves your device. TMG cannot decrypt your data, and there is no recovery mechanism if you lose the passphrase. The cryptography is XSalsa20-Poly1305 (authenticated encryption) with scrypt key derivation — the same standards used by NaCl/libsodium.
No. Every note, intake result, exclusion, and reading you write is stamped with your practitioner ID and visible only to you. Enforced at the database level — not a setting that can be turned off.
No. TMG is a SaaS subscription for your practice — a deductible business expense, not a qualified medical expense.
No. Subscriptions give you access to the TMG platform. Lisa’s individual services are scheduled and paid separately on the main TMG website. The onboarding hour is a platform training session, not an astrological reading.
Important: download what you need before cancelling. While subscribed, you can download per-client PDFs of questions, responses, outcomes, and your clinical notes. Once you cancel, account access ends immediately and your account, custom questions, notes, and platform records are deleted. Pseudonymized chart and response data remains in the research corpus.
