One seat = one developer running clean-vibe commercially. The Team plan covers up to 10 developers. If you have more than 10, the Organization plan covers you with unlimited seats.

Yes. clean-vibe is a client-side tool — your API key is used directly in your browser and never sent to any server other than Anthropic's. The commercial license covers the right to use the software; Anthropic API costs are billed directly by Anthropic.

Yes, any time via the Stripe customer portal. Your license remains active until the end of the paid period. No refunds on partial years, but you'll never be charged again after cancellation.

You'll receive a receipt and license confirmation from Stripe. That's your proof of license. There's no activation key or account to create — just keep using clean-vibe as you already do.
